We're based in ZIP code 43135 in Ohio, with a dedicated Alabama team as well. From our Ohio base, travel is free within 35 miles, with an additional $100 fee for every 50 miles one way beyond that. Contact us for Alabama travel details.
Yes! We offer $50 off any package for events booked Monday through Thursday.
All packages feature a variety of lizards, snakes, frogs, and tortoises, with hands-on opportunities, educational facts, and plenty of photo moments.
While we can't guarantee specific animals (as it depends on their health and mood), let us know your interests when booking, and we'll do our best to include favorites. The Rare & Beautiful Package is perfect for unique or exotic species requests.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Cancellations with at least 2 weeks' notice receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Closer cancellations may reschedule based on availability.
